			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m reading Jonah Lehrer&#8217;s new book <em>Imagine</em> where he talks about creativity as a product of thought processes that any of us can develop. It&#8217;s not just the lucky purview of the talented few.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the way I think about groups, and all relationships really. They depend on skills that we all can learn. And habits that all groups can practice together that keep the creative thought processes flowing. That&#8217;s really why I created Group Alchemy. Because good intentions aren&#8217;t always enough. We need to learn what really works to keep communication open and everyone present and fully engaged.</p>
